ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Dear Future YEG presents Love Letters to YEG, a youth-led art exhibition showcasing Edmonton through our eyes. Our group exhibition explores community wellness and resilience through various mediums including poetry, visual art, digital art, photography, mixed media, textile, and sculpture.
Art can serve as a powerful tool for storytelling, dialogue, and fostering connection. We aim to reduce barriers to entry for communities that have historically been excluded from artistic spaces.
Through arts-based storytelling and civic engagement, Love Letters to YEG will create an accessible, safe, supportive, and inclusive space for diverse youth to tell their stories on their own terms.
